Enterprise Camp

Do you want to learn entrepreneurial skills over a 5 day period? Be part of a group of young people working together on new ideas. 


CIT's Enterprise Camp aims to provide a creative, innovative and inspirational environment for students to build their creative confidence and to explore their potential by:

  • Understanding and learning the essence of idea generation, creation and evaluation of new products, services and markets.
  • Delivering inclusive and innovative ideas.
  • Cultivate and understand projects with positive societal impacts. 
  • Develop creative confidence and ICT/digital skills.
  • Using their own knowledge in a new and entrepreneurial setting. 
  • Developing an entrepreneurial mindset, presentation and leadership skills. 
  • Developing collaborative and social skills.

Mode of Delivery

  • Multi-disciplinary teams facilitating interactive, hands on experiential learning sessions, maker-space design led prototyping, field trips, meet the entrepreneur sessions and business mentoring sessions.
  • The programme is FREE and is open to any student aged 14-16 who is enthusiastic, motivated and wants to learn more about creativity, entrepreneurship and innovation.


*It is important to note that full participation for the week is expected from those who sign up to ensure fairness in the teams.



Places for the programme are limited and successful applicants will be notified of whether they have secured a place on the programme shortly after the deadline.

The Hincks Centre for Entrepreneurship Excellence coordinates the programme with the support of
CIT’s School of Business.
